Please allow 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered apparel product. Most of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Please note that shipping time is not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
You can change or cancel an order that has already been submitted, unless it’s being fulfilled. Contact us to learn more.
Our estimated delivery time (EDT) is our delivery time prediction. We calculate EDT by adding the estimated fulfillment time to the estimated shipping time.
The estimated delivery time is only that—an estimate—and not a guarantee. Please wait a little longer if your EDT runs out. Contact us after 5 business days, and we’ll look into it.
Return & Claims Policy
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a replacement. If the issue is due to our error, we will cover the cost.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within 14 days of the delivery date.
Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.
Unclaimed Packages
Orders that are unclaimed and returned to our facility will require additional payment for reshipment.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions before you send any items back.
